VB Full Air Suspension

Hi - we recently purchased a 2015 Adria Sonic Supreme in January that has full VB Air Suspension along with E&P hydraulic levellers. earlier today we manoeuvred the van on our drive which is a multi point turn and then I have to put it in off road mode with the air suspension to drive off the drive due to the gradient where our drive meets the road, to stop the tow bar bottoming out and visa versa when driving back up the drive. When returning this afternoon the air suspension would not allow the hydraulic feet to go down in auto mode and the down arrow is flashing green all the time on the air suspension controller (controller on the flexi cord). I reset the controller and the air suspension seems to be working now and I was able to auto set the hydraulic legs, but whenever I turn the ignition on (without starting the engine as the hydraulic legs are down) the green down arrow light is still flashing. Does anybody have any ideas what’s causing this. Since having the van I’ve driven a few times, albeit just to give it a run and never had this happen before. I have this exact same system. I find you have to give it time to get going in the auto level mode. One of the essential things is to allow plenty of time to retract the rams fully up. The temptation is to keep pushing the buttons. Try using the manual mode if your on a steep slope it could be out of the auto range. We have to do exactly the same off road setting to stop the tow bar grounding.
The fitter, in our case SAP are very helpful if you phone them.
