User manuals

Hi we are living in France. Just bought Carthago Chic I 47 on Fiat base. No user manual in it, but in any case it would be in French. Any idea where we can get one in English please? Tried good old e bay but no joy It is 15 years old and a lot of dealers are only interested in helping if you have newer vehicles. Thanks for help Jean
