I have just gone to leave our site and the living jacks started to come up but didn’t go all the way. I now have the warning light saying they’re not fully retracted but none of the buttons on the control unit will work. I’ve tried taking the battery out of the control unit and switching ignition on and off but that doesn’t help.

Any ideas anyone?

Is your handbreak on?

Hydraulic oil level low? Shouldn’t be that as retracting & not extending.
Fuse would be the first point of call.

I think Martin funflair knows quite a lot about them.
In the mean time remove the & replace the systems fuse and see if it resets.
Otherwise you can wind them up manually.

I have also a 'wired in' control panel in the garage, if you also have one, have you tried that. Also as Lenny HB suggests.

As above remove the fuse which will be next to the pump and the system will reset it, do you just use the hand break to raise them instead of the remote? I did and had the same problem with mine and was told to always use the remote.

The blue fuse is next to the pump but has a black cover on the fuse holder so is not easy to see.
Have had to remove it a couple of times In six or more years but it sorts things out.👍👍

I had to reset ours while on a skiing trip - I had to lie in the snow under the van to get to the fuse:-(

When I later discussed it with Mick at SAP he told me about the secret button trick you can use instead!!

You can reset the system by simultaneously pressing and holding the bottom left (tank drain) and bottom right (raise jacks) buttons on the control panel:-)
