Hello, Advice needed on good quality tyres for LT28 camper. Thinking of Michelin or Goodyear. Link to a previous post would suffice so as to avoid duplicate threads. Thank you.

If a tyre has the speed and weight rating it is perfectly safe to use , its up to you if you want to buy a "camper" tyre . A premium brand might give you a slightly longer tread life , or slightly better performance at the extremes but thats about it . Most motorhome tyres are out of date before out of wear .

I have tried Michelin, Hankook and Dunlop load rated tyres on T5/6 T30 so probably not far different weight wise to your LT28. The best mileage was the last Dunlop Sportmaxx that gave a good 25K of mixed driving inc lots of motorway at speed and recently 5.4K of coarse Norwegian road and also a bit of towing. Low noise and a good feel in all conditions. They were actually on a deal when I bought them but even now I would rate them as good VFM.
