Tyrepal Solar are they as bad as I think

Got a cheap set off flee bay two months ago. Solar powered so just sit on the dash. So far so good, indicate approx 2psi low but I can live with that.
I really did think they wouldn't work but very surprised.

Cheers

My Tyre pal solar system finally packed up after over 10 years use one of the sender's packed in. I was going to replace it when I found this on eBay a whole system for less then a new Tyre pal sensor, it' seems to work as well as the Tyre pal one, it's a good copy the sensors use the same fitting tool.

Wouldn’t use Tyrepal. Same kit you get for 1/5 the price on eBay. During lockdown marketed overpriced COVID PPE to try to make a buck. Called them on it as a review on their website for this which they deleted- couldn’t forgive them for that.

The fading display is to do with age but not the displays!:lips:
I assume so, it still works but difficult to see in bright sunlight when driving.
It's at least 8 years older maybe more, saved me a couple of times, once a slow punchure and another time a leaking valve.

Had a set of Tyrepal solar on last motorhome , never a problem, and have a set fitted to a caravan again no problems.
