I am selling our twin tub, which was purchased from Malvern Show last year, as we have brought a top loading automatic one, the joys of a big payload!

The twin tub work perfectly and is in excellent condition. There are a few marks on the outer shell where it gets strapped in, but other than that it is nice and clean.

£50 Or nearest offer will deal the deal.

The machine is in Market Harborough or we can deliver to the Thetford Bash or Kings Lynn.

Cheers
Sandra

Hi Sandra
Could you let me know the dimensions of the washer please.

Cheers
Colin

Can you tell us more about what you replaced it with please.

Hi Lenny.

The replacement is this one, mind you it was £20 cheaper when I ordered it!

It is more water hungry than the twin tub as you cannot reuse the wash water, i.e start with your cleanest stuff and finish with your dirtiest. It is automatic in that if connected to a cold feed it will empty and rinse without any input from you. For the wash I either fill it manually with a bucket or two of warm water, or connect to the outside motorhome shower and then turn it to cold once the main wash is finished.

It is quiet, washes and spins very well but needs to be absolutely level in order for the drum to spin properly.

The sale of this washing machine has fallen through so it is back up for sale.

If anyone wants this we can take it to the Thetford Bash or it can be collected from Market Harborough.

Is it very heavy to move about. Carrying from garage to water source for example.

How do you connect it to the water feed? Is it difficult to set up?
Thanks

Do you mean for the new machine or the one I am selling?

Sorry! the new one. I have a twin tub, but considering something like the one you’ve just got.

Just attach a hose pipe, shower hose or similar. It cuts off the water flow when it has enough.

I have found filling it with warm water from a bucket is the best way to start it off, but then let it do it's own thing with the cold water for rinsing. Most of the time a cool sash is good enough, but our cycling shorts need a warm/hot wash now and then.
