TV on iPad how do I connect to an Avtex

Presently in Spain on a site with free very fast wifi, watching some tv on iPlayer last night via a vpn on my iPad. What is needed to connect it to an Avtex L186DR so we can see it on the larger screen and have better sound?

Be aware that a lot of the non Apple cables are not that great but at £12 probably worth a punt

Agreed. One of the reasons why I don't have, and not planning to have, any Apple kit.
Doesn't get a great reliability write up either!

I use one of these a couple of times a week at work, connected from ipad to a projector for customer presentations, good bit of kit and has lasted years. Fleabay apple rip off connectors dont tend to last very long.
