Truma 4e fault code.

I spoke to Truma who suggested it is related to a inconsistent 12v supply caused by having a solar panel connected to the system?. Not convinced tested the supply and I can't see a problem. They suggest a dealer diagnostic check. I was just enquiring if any others have had this issue??.

Reset the Panel and then check that the 12 volts is on at the panel for your 12v in the cabin. Our Solar panel was over charging and the Sargent unit would shut it down as a precaution to prevent the batteries from failing. A new controller has solved my issue with the same code. If I reset and then put a load on (Fan in the roof) it would be fine. Switch off the fan and the solar panel would put above 4 amps in and take the battery level up to nearly 15.5 volts! The system would then shut down the 12 volt ciruitry and that code would come on our Truma panel
