Trouble Registering Fiat Van on MyCamper Site

Morning all,
Just trying to register our new Fiat based van on the Mopar EU/ Fiat MyCamper website a d after pressing confirm nothing at all happens except a whirling circle indicating that allegedly something is happening. Wellnothingis happening. Anyone else got problems with the site?

I think I had the same issue originally but closed it down and opened a new window and logged in okay with the previously entered details and it worked - I think!

I've tried just about every basic configuration I can think of. Even tried registering with a new e mail address but nothing seems to work. Tried the "forgotten password" but that simply comes up with a error code and "function not working at the moment". Been saying that for a week or more......

Have you tried a different browser or device?

Has the dealer who sold you the van registered it with fiat. We had the problem when we bought ours. Had to ring Mopar to get it registered.
