my free travel insurance with the bank has finished so now we need to get annual multi trip cover for the two of us. We have looked through previous posts and the best for us seemed to be Staysure, except they don't cover Spain, and we thought we might like a week or two there next month.
Any recommendations?
Ideally we would like cover for 90 days plus on a single trip with Spain and the rest of Europe included

We also had cover for Spain with them unless they've changed of course?

I'm sure you are all aware of the need to declare any per-existing disorders on your application form. Not doing so will invalidate any cover.(y)

And as I said in another thread, you can't go open ended, you have to book a return fare when you go or staysure is void, only found out by reading the small print one day with nothing better to do;) so we have been going uninsured in our trips booking when we want to come home a day or two before we come back. So actually staysure has been a waste of money for us

We were asked to declare all existing medical conditions when we purchased our policy.
We were also asked to supply the departure from UK and arrival back in UK dates.

Yes i said about a date,
i suggested a date ie 15 December returning 4 months later ie 15 April and she said as long as you return before that date they dont need an exact return date ,
we use Eurotunnel with Tesco vouchers and always get a return ticket date then change the return date to suite our needs at the time ,
So technically we have a return ticket date of sorts .

Phoned Tesco who we are already with £162 for 60 days and they have extended our cover for 4 months unocupied at no extra cost , ( Our neighbours do check the house twice daily whilst we are away , our water is turned off but the combi boiler is left on Frost setting , We also have lights on timers around the house . )
