I know you meant the "tier where you go"Yes you are, tier 1 and 2 can intermingle. You just have to follow the rules of your tier where you go

Yes I was answering the question Tier1 going to Tier2 so you follow Tier2 rules not your own Tier1, Tier2 going to Tier1 yes you follow your own rules so basically you follow the higher more stringent rules going either way.No, he was correct.
If you are in Tier 2 and you move to tier one, you have to follow tier 2 rules in tier 1 area.
I wonder why they have cancelled it . I thought they could stay open in tier 2 ?We had our booking cancelled for New Year cancelled yesterday. we are Tier 2 going to a Tier 2 site.

Agreed - it would be very stressful to police who was coming from higher tiers and probably not worth the hassle.Possibly too many of the Unclean from Tier Four causing the owners hassle.
Certainly the case for Scotland from the 26th for at least three weeksBy new year its unlikely anyone will be allowed to travel anywhere.

I, sadly, am now in Tier 4, I have not been anywhere since March, I have no intention of going anywhere either. I will not be seeing anyone, not even my children over Christmas, I have not seen my son since last Christmas, his first child is due in January and I doubt I will ever see his child, my first grandchild. Being called 'unclean' is very upsetting.Possibly too many of the Unclean from Tier Four causing the owners hassle.
