I think that codes means hot water on but no water in boiler.

I think your error code is E517H.

We had this problem ourselves. The E517H is a gas fault but the exact reason is not specific. You have to wait 15 minutes for the system to reset and then you can clear the fault using the control panel. Mark

Are you getting a continuous flow of water from your hot taps? If you are the boiler is probably full (obviously it will not be hot if the boiler has packed up).

If the trauma (yep it’s Trauma not Truma as it’s such a pain in the wotsit) display is flashing the error code don’t touch it at all don’t try reset or anything. If you touch you’ll reset the 15 minute timeout.

Once stopped flashing you may be able to acknowledge the code by long tap on the button when it will reset. The code no is a gas fault in my case the gas was off after a ferry crossing forgot to turn on yet started the trauma.
