Hi all, tonight we are on Seaford prom (if you note the time, it’s very quiet here I just woke up hangry 😂)

Saturday night we stopped on our way down at Brill Windmill, highly recommended for a “wow” when you wake up…pics attached

Later today we go east and stopping for a night at Fairlight Wood club site to charge/dump/fill etc. Tuesday we check into Canterbury for 3 nights and I’m going to try our new driveaway awning for the first time, ideally without embarrassing myself!

Any recommendations for places to see with dogs are welcome 🙂

Did you know that JRR Tolkien based his Middle Earth village of Bree in Lord of the Rings on Brill?

If you come to Fairlight Wood then make sure you visit Hastings Country Park at Lower Coastguard Lane. You are not allowed to stay overnight there but the views from the car park (ignore the first couple of entrances) are stunning.

Thanks for this, we will definitely check that out 🙂

That’s where we are now, just having a cuppa and all drying off as we walked quite far before this rain arrived! 😂
Oh dear, we were down on the beach at Ravenside, this morning and it was lovely, warm and mild, watching one of the local seals hunting! Happy travels! glad you didn't miss out Bexhill!

The site that wins all the prizes is Folkestone Club Site but entrance road rough, but fabulous sit.
