Too many emails!!

Can you please tell me how to just receive the Weekly Digest, rather than every thread that is started??
This used to happen, all the rest went into Spam, which was fine. Now I get inundated, as much as I'd like to read all of them...

go into settings and check the boxes are ticked for what you want to receive and don't forget to save the settings
