TOMTOM GO 600 lifetime traffic

Haven't got either of those but we got a year of TomTom Traffic with our Go 820. It is better than Garmin Traffic (but seeing as that told us there was a 7 minute delay for the whole of the 4 hours we were stuck on the A168 18 months ago what isn't?) but, like all sat nav route planning based on time, the alternative fastest route it comes up with may only be seconds faster.

The 6000 is always connected but the 600 needs a compatible phone with data plan (and roaming charges abroad) to use TomTom Traffic.

Also note (for all TomTom devices)
Lifetime – this is the useful life of the device, so means the period of time that TomTom continues to support your device with software updates, services, content or accessories. A device will have reached the end of its life when none of these are available any more.
