Toilet Seal or not

Hi can someone tell us a seal missing here in the photo, I’ve scrubbed this but still can’t get it clean, so was wondering maybe I’m missing a seal

Is that a pic from underneath the toilet...with the cassette out

Then the seal is on the cassette not there.
Looks like the seal on the top of the cassette (under the slide) needs either replacing or lubrication.
