Toilet flush

Afternoon all,

My ducato MH seems to have developed a flush issue.
The flush only works on 12v, as soon as I connect to the mains even with water pump on and off it won't work.
I know if your on a site you don't really use the van loo and it would be OK and work while wild camping but is there anything I'm missing to get it going on 240v?

I cant see any link as toilet is12v do other 12v items work

Yes all other 12v systems work, it's like when 240v is plugged in it cancels out the toilet flush system?
