There are a lot of threads about bad dealer service, so here is one that’s different.
Yesterday, Todd’s returned our AT Imala which had been in for a repair for damp caused by a leaking window. They collected the van a week ago, saying the repair would take a week, spot on. Might not seem very unusual but it involved 2 x 400 miles return trips! Paul, the Service Manager, apologised for the van being dirty - the weather yesterday was awful! Also, said he had replaced a missing wheel trim, as he wasn’t sure if it had come off when he was driving. It hadn’t. It has been lying on a French road for about 3 years!
