Todays the day….we can look but can’t leave

The Motorhome we ordered has arrived in the UK we can go and see it today and pick it up in 2 weeks! I want to be excited but actually I’m a bit nervous. What if we don’t like it….it’s sooooo much money. I guess worst case scenario is we sell it. Best case is we love it!

Depends how long you are going to keep the van, if only 2 or 3 three years probably worth waiting.

We are putting a private plate on it - never even gave it a thought to wait. Too chomping at the bit! The two week wait is delivery checks, gas point and reversing camera fitting. It’s just when they could fit us in.

I didn't consider it to be 'spending' the money but just converting it into a less liquid asset.

I put a private plate on ours but waited for Mar 1st so it’s on a 22 plate, It may be wishful thinking but I think it’ll help it to sell/px better
