Hello everyone.

I'm getting confused with Thule Sun Blockers. Has anyone got one? I think I'm looking for a G2 Side Panel, I want it to go at one end of the awning.
Can anyone recommend one for an Adria Twin van with an Omnistor awning?

Thanks

Jim

Thanks, yes I've seen them and in fact ordered one that turned out not to be in stock. Since then I'm not sure if I ordered the right/best one and was hoping to get some experiences and recommendations, there are a few different sizes and the prices vary a lot for not much difference in size.

We might get the Thule end Sun blocker, but at the moment we’ve got a set of three Flexi Shades for the length of the awning. £110. We found they worked very well. (y)

Unfortunately Flexi Shades don’t do end panels.

We have a Thule sunblocker which runs down the full length of the awning.
It was absolutely brilliant when we used it in Italy and I would highly recommend one.
With regards to the sides, have you looked at the Thule windbreaks?
They attach to the van side and are like a roller blind in a tube. I’ve not got one but I’ve thought about buying one (or two).

We have one of these...

Amazon product ASIN B00VX9FBGU
The roof supplies UV protection whilst the sides and front cut down on draughts.

We found one on offer at about £70 a couple of years ago.

Has a double header keber tape on the top to fit different sizes of C Rail (or canopy)

We have 1 thule side rain blocker G2 that goes to the ground. The sun blockers dont thats the main difference. Nearly everyone is out of stock of thule stuff in the UK loads on back orders. I am impressed with mine and will be getting another when re stocked quick and easy to put on and also added is that the included top pole acts like a rafter for windier conditions.

Difficult to get for sure . Dealers here said not before October ! Got a sun blocker from Holland . Kamperdump. nl
