Thule slide out step part required new or second hand

Well I must say Thule is probable is one of the outdoors major quality suppliers of products but their customer service to the UK seems non existent.
I have been trying for weeks to get an answer about a replacement end cap for my Thule slide out step and despite multiple attempts have received NO reply or help from them at all. I have just checked on Trustpilot and see I’m not the only one, so if you have an old slide out step laid about or the opposite side end cap to the one in the photo could you drop me a line.

I found it quicker to go to the factory in Menen

I find these steps are prone to failure. I have disconnected ours from electric and the arms inside and just use it manually. Works great, just pull it in and out.

I wrecked mine last year on an ill advised detour did all the alloy frame in but I maybe have that part in my collection

I got mine fixed yesterday and seems to be working fine, a proper mechanic/engineer made the part to fix the frame by using a part from his friends wheelchair extortionate price of £50

Yes I’m afraid so, mine screws in to the back of the plastic part. Back to square one I think. Thank you for looking much appreciated.

The s/h replacement one I got had screw in at the back ,thats why I knew that there were differences
