Dont know your specific vehicle..but its most probably a fresh water tank drain..another drain on the fresh water that doesn't drain the tank butallows a limited amount of water to remain in tank..and the large bore grey pipe will be your waste tank drain..
Andy
Pure guess here, but the first pic shows two blue drain offs, one will be the fresh water tank, the other could be either the Toilet cistern or boiler, check by emptying the fresh water one first, then check if the boiler has water left in it or the toilet has a cistern still full. Some UK vans have toilet cisterns like caravans and are filled separately from the main fresh water tank and are filled separately, this sometimes enables you to add the pink stuff to keep the bowl clean & smelling nicer
The second Pic will be the Grey waste as its a larger bore pipe to let the waste water drain faster, taking a lot of fat/soap (if Any) residues with it.

As Andy says the blue one labelled ‘travel drain’ drains the fresh water tank down to a specified level for travelling. The other blue one will drain the fresh water completely. The grey is for the grey waste.
