No. We "won" a motorhome but had ask the seller to agree it was subject to viewing. It was in a mess. He used it from Bristol to Glastonbury festival annually so mileage was around 50 per year. Tyres were cracked, few dents and we agreed I would not pay. simplesi allways thought if you won something on ebay you had to buy it .

Edit: must admit it was not a pleasant journey from Nottingham to Bristol with £16k in a bag.
The amazing detail of this was we had to ask the bank in Nottingham to arrange to have enough of the folding stuff in the branch as they don't carry that much ?????. They then opened every sealed plastic bag and counted it all out in front of us then placed into an envelope. To avoid that nervous feeling I arranged to draw the money from my bank's branch in the MH seller's town, handed it to him in the branch and he walked across the road and paid it in at his branch, after carefully looking up and down the street - funny seeing a Police Sargeant doing it.
Yes, but only if the seller wants to do that, they can just relist if they want to.If you put a bid on it and were outbid, the winning bidder has pulled out and it gets offered down to the next bidder. Thats is my take on it
Not with something like this that you collect, if it's not as described you can reject it.i allways thought if you won something on ebay you had to buy it .
