Not working on 12v showing error code 6. Tried running on gas used full bottle in just over 3 days. Any tips

The Thetford 3000 series fridges have issues with the tracks to the pcb 20 amp 12 volt Fuse overheating and scorching the board, due to it not being able to handle the wattage of the 12 volt heating element, the pcb has been superceded to the 4000 series pcb with thicker tracks and a 25 amp fuse part no 692247.

The Thetford N3000 series codes states error code 6 = DC high voltage is out of range (lower than 10v or higher than 15v)
If solar is fitted a faulty solar controller could cause over 15v or a fridge supply (20amp ?) DC high voltage fuse blown would cause lower than 10v. If the voltage getting to the fridge is ok it could be a faulty pcb , as suggested by Steve N Tracy above.

you are aware that motorhome fridges only run on 12v when the engine is running? turning it to 12v when its not available would fit the definition of your fault code
