If it is a Thetford 3000 series fridge according to the Thetford fault code list , error code 1 = Senses flame when gas should be off. It says to try turning the fridge off and then on again to see if that fixes it , You could also try disconnecting / reconnecting the 12v supply to the fridge , if this does not fix things, it says it could be a faulty power board or gas valve.
