We’re half full, ground wet but holding up, no wheel spinning yet but we do have access to hardstanding should anyone prefer it

Thanks mate, Im in the blue badge area as I booked too late to get in with Fun , but being a tad heavey I was wondering about the ground, arriving about 6:30 -7.0pm tonight, see you in the bar no doubt

Yeah we have space for hardstanding (around 12 vans) just alongside the fun area

I will ask if I can sneak in as rheres been a few cancelled but I doubt they will allow it.

I ASKED they said no your to go where your booked but it's not a bad plot. Hey ho

Newark was a success although the Thursday was pretty wet and breezy.
Well stocked with stands and vans for sale. We were given a good site, right by the showground.
Sean and Jim and helpers produced food and drink with music on Saturday. The ladies all worked their socks off.

Just got home from Newark and have To say thanks to TheHat Scotties and Jim for showing me the ropes marshalling and gary&barb for the other help

Lovely to meet funsters we had never met before, and finally to be able to put faces to names (Mr & Mrs Westy66) thanks to Jim, Sian, and the marshalls for a great weekend.
However, we may have been running a tad late this morning but when we looked around after packing up we saw.....

Thanks to everyone for making it another great weekend. At least it stayed dry after we arrived and the wind wasn't as bad as last year. WESTY66 my Quest has survived but I added another rip when taking it down. . More gaffer tape in situ!

A lovely and enjoyable weekend. Massive thanks to Jim and Sean for their organisation and the cheese and wine afternoon. Similar thanks to the marshals, for keeping us in order and to the musicians for entertaining us. Can't wait for Norfolk!
