Has anyone stayed at this adult only site near Leamington Spa, looks lovely but always nice to hear from people who have been

Not done the site but have been in the pub a couple of times when we were travelling the Narrowboat we had. Loved it and the folk were very friendly.

Been on a rally in the rally field to the left as you go in. All good nice pub but very busy with not enough staff when we were there.
Be careful how you approach especially if towing as hump back bridge if coming from wrong direction can cause problems (we turned in to the right from the road and this was ok others from the other direction not so happy might be worth looking at google)

Been on the site a couple of times , great site and pub, not a complaint but a comment, the owner is ok but doesn't suffer fools gladly

Was a little concerned with the person who booked me in quite abrupt but I just put it down to may be busy we will see tomorrow

Used to go to that pub when I went fishing....almost 50 years ago......

Used it many times with our first van, only had a few EHU points on hard standing then, but we always parked up next to the canal on the grass and it was lovely. Nice walks either way down the tow paths, nice pub as well and only a few miles away from Leamington itself. It's probably been improved over the years, there was a shower block being built last time we went, but that was a few years ago now.
