Tesco vouchers

TryingTo redeem £90 of vouchers which I have converted to £270 towards a crossing next week! Eurotunnel asking for code but how do I get that ? Getting old! Can’t cope with it all

Have you visited the website and and gone to the redeem vouchers section?
Select Eurotunnel and enter how many ££££s you wish to redeem.

Done that but it says go onto eurotunnel website and quote your reward partner code!Am I being thick! Can’t see any reward partner code

I struggled too . I think you redeem on Tesco site , add your basket I think, and check out. Then you get an email with the code which you then put in the tunnel booking ….. I’m old too … it was roughly as described

You exchange your Tesco vouchers for ET ones on Tesco's website at a rate of £5 = £15 of ET voucher value, then the Eurotunnel voucher code will come through via email so either the email hasn't been sent out by Tesco yet as it's not always done immediately, or the wrong email address has been entered. Check it hasn't gone into your junk folder and that you definitely entered the correct email address.
