Our 2019 model 700gj has an Xperience tablet screen in the traditional radio position, it functions not only as a radio but has Bluetooth and Android also. I get internet by tethering my android phone to the Xperience tablet. I was hoping to download on to the Xperience screen a Sat Nav app but keep getting the message " browser not supported " . I have tried downloading using the built in Google function and via my favourite browser - Duckduckgo, but without success.

Has anyone got a clue how I can download an app?

Have you been able to download the app? If so why not just download another browser and see if it runs, try Chrome or Firefox.
If it won't download it could be your operating system does not support it so will need to update it.

Thanks Lenny, I will try what you recommend.

As the van was only built in late 2018 I wouldn't have thought the operating system was out of date but I suppose that can be one of the problems with technology .

I have had a play with mine, I have managed to mirror my iPhone completely so what ever app I have open is replicated on the screen, using copilot atm! Put the phone in either landscape or portrait and it changes.
However don’t like particularly like it, radio reception dreadful and ended up using Radioplayer via Bluetooth for dab radio. I think it’s a Chinese unit, but that’s were most of the tech comes from these days just under different brands!

Thanks for that Darren, I've no complaints about radio reception although we are in Aberdeenshire so DAB radio is rubbish anyway. Sound quality is good on FM though and Spotify via Bluetooth is brilliant.

I'm not sure how to "mirror" my Android phone but I shall keep trying !

Can you get to the android menu or settings screen?
Do you have a browser that will enable any download?
Can you access and log in to playstore (Google play)?

I’m sure when I mirrored mine there was a QR code in the menu which took you too the App Store, Android and iOS was listed, downloaded the app but it is in Chinese! After that it worked a treat you just need to make sure your phone is linked to the media system.
I have attached a screen shot of the app it installs, no use other than you can see what you are looking for.
Sorry I can’t be anymore help.
