So not a single member has the above van?

Anyone with a similar van as above can tell me where the tv goes?

I don’t have one but it looks to me as though it will freestand on the worktop and the cables will slot throughout the white cable entry just above and then plug in to the co ax socket and 12 volt socket.

But that’s above the cooker that’s what’s confusing me.

Charisma and escape 675 look to be same van, it would be a no from me as no outside storage. Loved our 2009 escape, but having to have all eqipment inside with no proper storge was a pain. is Charisma the rebranded escape or a 'dealer special'

It says on the dealer speak it was a dealers special what ever that means.

So the only two places for a tv are on the cooker top or on the work top by the door so it takes up all the worktop space, not very well thought out these vans.

Pretty sure the designers dont plan a layout around a tv. They're just using what space is available. The worktop between the beds and the lounge looks the easiest solution to allow tv viewing from either area which isn't such a bad idea to be honest.

Can't you fit a drop down or a multi positional tv bracket anywhere that will allow you to keep the worktop space free? Its pretty easy to use a longer aerial cable or power lead if it helps you get the tv to a more suitable location.

If the layout suits you in every other way then its just a minor problem needing a solution.

Yes that’s my plan.

Im trying to free up work top space as there isn’t a lot and need to finalise tv position as I have to also install our Maxview Seeker Satellite system as well as the Maxview WiFi, fire sticks etc etc.

I have 2x 22” TVs but only using one and I would need some sort of bracket so it can be moved up out of the way, viewed from beds and lounge and locked in position when travelling.

Hence all my questions.

Update, I’m in two minds regarding the Charisma above due to the open space and no way other than a curtain between the living room area and the two beds.

Im also looking at the below vans as well so looking for advice on the below as well.

Anyone with feedback on these vans.

I would have to add a awning, solar panel transfer over my satellite dish, WiFi and the dealer is installing my Gaslow bottles.

So I’m in two minds now haaaaaaaa.

Just checked the Laika cataloge and god everything is so expensive.

Might change my mind and stay with our original van.

Pretty sure there will always have to be compromises to be made. We are now without our microwave due to a shortage of 10mm inside a cupboard. Not a huge loss but its give and take

Yeh wasn’t worried about a microwave space could of been found but the vans are basic and everything is extra and that will wack up the price.

Might as well buy a van with it all as my original option above.

I am trying to get dealer to fit the solar, tow bar and awning as a deal but not holding my breath.

Solar & awning…maybe. Tip my hat to you if you get the towbar as well 🤞

Have you actually been inside one of the vans.

Sorry, got the (wrong ) impression that you hadnt

Are you ok with the “off set “ singles. ie one a bit shorter than the other?

They are not shorter than each other, the one on the left is recessed back further, the actual beds are the same size.
