On our way to a around Europe trip this summer we had the misfortune to have damage caused to the wheel arch when a person in car hit us. Fortunately I managed to contact Aviva who Comfort use. Explained that we were away for a month gve them the details. They said ok contact us when we return. On our return we contacted them and within days an assesor arrive see the damage. As we were commited to go away that gave them time to source a replacement wheel arch. On oyr return the van was collected the repair done and the van returned to us. They are now trying to get all or some of our access back. I never thougt how easy it was for us. Well done Comfort and Aviva
