Question.
If you purchase subs as part of the Easter promotion. Do the new subs commence on the date of purchase, or when your current sub expire. i.e. purchase promo subs on 15/04/22, current subs expire 20/06/22 Do new subs start on 15/04/22 or 21/06/22

Usually new subs are added on to the end of your current subs but it might take a few days to update unless you buy a lifetime membership them it would be a little pointless.

renewed my subs a week ago, and showing new expiry of 2023 in my profile, but have just received an email telling me my subs have expired..... shome mishtake shurely?

Does that mean then that I don’t get an extension on my lifetime, I’d only got a week or so but would have like a few days more in this world
