Anyone know, Is it possible to get a visa extension in Spain past the 90 day period.

I looked into this a short while ago. It seemed that you could not just pay for an extension. the only option was to apply for Spanish residency.

I believe you can but I’m not sure it is as simple as just asking for one and I seem to recall it was around 500€. I think there is certain criteria to apply, like in France I think you have to own a home there or visiting resident family not just tourists, although theirs is much cheaper at around 150€ I think.
