Spend £2.99 at Wilkinsons

Just been in Wilkinsons looking for a few odds and sods. I noticed they have a pick and mix on screws, nuts, bolts, washers, wing nuts etc. If you are anything like me you always need a screw a little bit longer, shorter, fatter, thinner and of course washers forgive a lot.

In the past I've had to spend about £5 at B&Q to buy 20 screws when I only needed one.

I'm like you and can never find exactly the right size screw or bolt I need. Get lots of spares this way

Bought a back of mixed screws &c this morning and was surprised how big a bag is on offer for the money. Definitely better than the likes of B&Q. Thanks again.

For those of you who travel here pay a visit to any Brico Depot . They have from small to large plastic bags which you can fill with any selection of screws and other various DIY bits which a mere female like me would know nothing about !!
