I've not been to it but a look on the map suggests you can approach from the east or west. Using Google Street view you can see what the road is like in each direction.
You can get a bus from Jaca so it can't be too steep but reports on TripAdvisor suggest the road is steep and I guess they were written by folk in cars.
Might be worth stopping at the nearest campsite for a night and asking at reception - they may be able to organise transport.
