Plenty in Devon and Cornwall some right next to beach, others just a short walk. (y)

We liked the C&CC site at Folkstone - a 2 minute walk from the beach, lovely walks into Folkstone and the surrounding country. Really nice folk in the office.

If you are heading down as far as HAYLE in Cornwall, Have a look at this site,

One of the best beaches in Cornwall a short walk from the back of the site and a great pub opposite

Can you please advise if it has narrow roads or high trees on the road to it? Have a long van and not too brilliant at reversing on narrow and windy roads as on my own. :(

No it's not too bad at all, Joy.

The main road from Hayle has lots of big caravan sites on it and Gwithian is at the top of that road.

You will have no problem with your van. It’s only a short drive past the caravan club site. We have a 7.5 m and 3.0 m tall van and had no issues. Lots of large vehicle servicing the village and beyond

Ladram Bay in Otterton, East Devon. Is on ACSI card at 18 euros, has its own beach and lovely clifftop walks.

Pentewan Sands just south of St Austell is right on the beach.
