Sorted. Can two little dogs share a large kennel on the ferry?

Has anyone done this? Our two have never been separated and a two night crossing may lead to some angst!

Sorted. I rang Brittany Ferries and a very helpful lady called Wendy gave me a large kennel for the two of them. I had to keep the booking for one small kennel as well, as there is no online facility to 'share' a kennel. She says you just book a large and a small at the time of booking as there is no cost difference. However, that does tie up one vacant kennel which could, as has happened to us in the past, prevent us from getting on the chosen ferry!
