The council planning, lighting, street cleaning, refuse collection etc is based on the number of properties and not on how often they are used so why should they give a refund.

Glasgow has just stopped collection of brown (garden waste) and purple (glass) bins. Green (household waste) and blue (recycling) continue. What are they thinking about? Do they not realise what bin gets used most!

I’m sorry for anyone who’s got it - but, given that BBC is reporting he, Camilla & a “small staff” travelled to Aberdeenshire on Sunday, a time when we were all being expected to avoid non-essential travel, wouldn’t you have expected the heir to the throne to have set a better example?

Why stop people using it. I do smile at all the motorhome that wants free parking, free Aires, free electric and water special parking at supermarket. Then anyone else wants something no. Just under lines what a divided country we are and will never be united again.
