We were at aire at Povoa e Medias, a couple of days ago. It's a lovely location. Clean toilets and showers, and free. There's a paved area for parking near the facilities, but we drove down and stayed by the water's edge where several other vans were parked.
It was breezy, but very hot in the shelter of the van. The dog was happy to cool off by having a paddle in the water.
Very good walks around the Barragem.
