This is to praise the customer service of PerformanceProducts. Problems with my 2 year old Snooper coming home from Peterborough so rang them Monday afternoon. It was decided it was a firmware issue and I would need to return the unit. The return label was in my inbox by the time the call finished. Took it to the post office that afternoon. It was returned Thursday morning with the latest of everything installed.
