Snipe dome problems (1 Viewer)

Hi I have a snipe dome which I turned on yesterday it has picked up Astra 2 I think but the standby light keeps flashing and it will not lock on any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, the first thing that I would check is the plugs as others with snipe issues have found the connections not quite clicked in properly.
I have a snipe 3 not a dome so other than that I can't help.
I hope you get it sorted.
You haven't got trees or buildings obstructing?

We’ve got snipe2, any least little branch and ours won’t log on
We don’t rate it actually because most sites got trees but very often we can’t get anything on it

Thank you hopefully it is just my oak tree then, I know I haven't updated the software on it didn't realise that I had to do that.
