Site with fishing near M4 .

On our way to Cardiff from Essex for a vintage festival in a couple of weeks time.
Looking for a site with fishing on site or
within walking distance. Don't mind a bit of a detour within reason.
Thinking of somewhere past oxford.

By coincidence, we called in at Bullock Farm Campsite near Clevedon on Wednesday. I believe there are a number of fishing lakes and there's a restaurant open five days a week. We didn't see the camping field but the place seems to have a reasonable Google review score.

But it does involve a bit of a detour, south down the M5 at the Almondsbury interchange with the M4. I reckon it's circa 20 miles from the M4.

Thanks that's just what I was looking for.

I e stayed there a few times good rates not sure about the fishing

Pitches are fine the loos are OK I didn't use the showers

Give them a ring they will get back to you
