Anyone know how to remove the tip up sink for cleaning on a Globecar Roadscout R?

Normally the two side pins are spring loaded. When I had one I used to use a blade to slide one end towards the sink and t
hen twist it slightly and it came out

No spring loaded pins on this one, there is a nut and a threaded bar which I can remove but it still won't lift out. Thinking I might have to remove the whole tap sink assembly.
