You should be able to get a couple of hold down brackets from most DIY shops, Screwfix, Amazon. Just needs to have a long enough bolt for depth of worktop

I bought something very similar in a pack of 4 for £10.50 from Premier Motorhomes.

They were described as "Cramer Screw Cap Kit". The screw is 40mm long x 2mm diameter. Length of block 37mm. Think they were for the hob.
