Silverscreens

Lesser of the two evils really but I suppose down to personal preference. The https://taylormade-covers.co.uk/ ones you stick small rails on whereas I believe the http://www.silverscreens.co.uk/start.html ones fit through the door/windows. Downside of this being damage to the door/window seals and risk of water leaking into the cab.

Once the rails are on you soon forget about them!

The silver screen we had for the Duetto had pockets in the corners to hook over the top of the doors and a Velcro closed slot for the mirrors. It did no damage to the paint work.
Different base vehicles may have other types of fittings but none of them should do any damage or cause leakes into the cab area.

Minster Polar screens may fit differently - hopefully someone will be along to advise more or maybe contact them http://www.minsterproducts.co.uk/Polar.htm

"A-Class Vehicles

POLAR screens utilize the door and sliding window for securing the screen to the vehicle. We do not use any external fittings such as rails or press studs. If you have an A-Class and you would like a bespoke screen cover, POLAR do the very popular same day service where you can visit the factory and have a screen cover custom made for your vehicle.

We are aware of the rising fuel cost, so if distance to too great to visit the factory, we can provide a template kit with all the instructions needed to take a template, which takes around 20 minutes, then return back to us and will we manufacture a screen cover for your vehicle."

Thanks. Yes we had the hook over door type on our ducato. But the new A class doesn’t have a drivers door hence my concern re sticking on rails. Silverscreens no longer do bespoke for A class. I will try polar screens.
