so whenever we try and get water from any tap sink or shower water goes everywhere from the shower tap which is broken

Unfortunately there are no individual isolation taps,you'll have to fix the broken one.

I don't know how old your van is and whether you will be able to get a direct replacement but I think it is similar to one of these

It's probaly a Reich tap, I take it that one doubles as a washbasin & shower.
I don't think you will get an identical ones, here are the modern versions.

Hattie is 05 reg and is itching to get mobile again and yes washbasin and shower water comes out of that tap and if you use the sink tap the water comes out of the shower tap so that is the item that needs replacing
