have searched the web, updated the drivers, unchecked the sticky keys etc. uninstalled the keyboard, still nothing...

suggestions? @

Go back to Windows 3.1? 🤣

Going straight in to diagnosis mode!

Has someone helpfully changed the county / keyboard layout in your settings as a joke?

Are both shift keys affected and what about shift (caps) lock?

are you using a laptop?

Can you try connecting an alternative keyboard via USB / bluetooth to see if that works ok?

Ive found touchpads unreliable for a long time, I mainly use a mini wireless mouse with my laptop to avoid the touchpad issues (I have a little laptop rest with a pull out mouse pad so even with the laptop on my lap I have somewhere for the mouse.

This is what I would suggest.
