We have these instructions and have tried to follow them. However, when pressing Mode, the menu options that appear are very limited and do not include 'clock' or 'set time'.

How old or new is your van? If you have the factory uConnect 5.0 touchscreen radio various settings including the clock aren't available via the mode button menu. They have been transferred to the radio settings menu. Consult the radio handbook or press the "cog" button on the radio and scroll through the menus.
