I've forgotten my password to log in. I've completed their form to request a new password, but don't seem to get their emailed link with a temporary password. Have tried twice now, yesterday and today, but no reply.

Has anyone been able to do this. TIA

I was about to suggest the same. I’m finding more and more are going straight to junk rather than into the inbox.

Something odd happening here. They normally respond quickly. If, like me, you pay a bit extra for Search for sites, you would have to pay again if you changed your email presumably ?

Managed that, they sent me a message asking if I still had a problem. Replied explaining it more clearly, but haven't heard any more.
