Schaudt downloads - not working?

I'm not getting any Emails with links when I ask for various Schaudt manuals ....

Just wondering if it's me. I've tried a number of Email addresses so it doesn't seem to be a server issue, and it's not in any junk folders. It's for MP20 variants so not generally available ...

Any wise words or shortcuts welcome

It's not you. I don't remember how I finally succeeded in getting my download, so not much help, but it's definitely flaky.....
